cclib-data software package provides Parsers and algorithms for computational chemistry (data files), you can install in your Debian 7 (Wheezy) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install cclib-data
cclib-data is installed in your system.
Make ensure the cclib-data package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep cclib-data *
You will get with cclib-data package name, version, architecture and description in a table
